The kickoff Small Town Project Community Development Workshop is an opportunity to collaborate with neighborhood change-makers, and be empowered to transform your community.
Join us for this kickoff community event that will introduce you to the Small Town Project leadership team, and learn about upcoming projects and engagement opportunities. It will also feature an idea session that will engage you in a deeper discussion of community development and the roles we each play in supporting safe and sustainable neighborhoods. As well as a planning session to identify projects the community would like to see move forward.
The Community Development Workshop is open to ANYONE seeking to make a positive change in their neighborhood and community: neighborhood residents, grassroots activists, youth leaders, government and nonprofit leaders, and other community stakeholders from Rocky Ford.
Registration is FREE but required, with an option to donate available. Refreshments and snacks are provided to all registered participants and donations will cover this expense. **PLEASE NOTE: Attendees must register for this event by clicking the GOING on the event page, or calling in to register.
