We're just a group of regular citizens who love our town. We choose to live, work, visit, play, invest and grow here. We believe that our small town can have the perfect little mix of everything we care about in our quality of life. And we understand that although everything is not perfect, nor may ever be perfect, we have the ability to be an active part of our community, to give back to our community, and to help shape our community to be each of our own idea of the perfect small town.
OUR MISSION
The Small Town Project is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to enhancing economic and social vitality in Rocky Ford and improving the quality of life for residents of our community.

We aim to empower our community by giving the needed care and attention to our community's streets, parks, buildings, homes, economy, culture, and youth. We believe in making our community a beautiful place where children can grow, families can enjoy life, and businesses can thrive. Our Core Values: RESPECT, EQUITY, INCLUSION, COLLABORATION, and OPTIMISM.
OUR SOLUTIONS
We carefully select beautification projects and community service projects. Then we provide the resources to bring a new look to distressed buildings, homes, and public areas as well as provide relief to senior citizens, handicapped citizens, and low-income families. We accept nominations for support from community members. At The Small Town Project, we know a little love and attention can go a long way.
