Update: Rocky Ford Food Share - New Location and Hours

Writer's picture: AttributedAttributed

In May 2020, we launched the Rocky Ford Food Share Project to provide additional access to free, healthy, locally grown and raised, and culturally responsive foods for our communities, and to date, we have been able to distribute over 358,000 pounds of food to over 21,000 people across southeast Colorado. We have moved to a new location to better serve our community. We have also updated our days and hours.

NEW LOCATION: 805 Chestnut Avenue, Rocky Ford NEW PHONE NUMBER (Call or Text): 719.319.0131 NEW HOURS: Wednesdays from 11am-2pm & Fridays from 3pm-6pm

All are welcome to visit twice each month. Assistance is free and there are no ID, income, or residence requirements. However, our outreach focuses on families living in Otero and Crowley Counties.

Families in need can apply online at https://www.smalltownproject.org/food or pick up an application from our office.
